Xfire tutorial! and download link!

Here are some handy tips that I use that let me run X-Fire with no problems at all. Smile

First off where to download X-Fire?? Link below...

Now that you have downloaded X-Fire make an account to start up. You can now login to X-Fire and start to sort through all the tabs and features of X-Fire. Go to your "Options" tab under "Tools" on the X-Fire menu bar.



Once you have opened this window goto the "Games" tab once in here you cab select Wolfenstien Enemy Territory from the list on the left of screen. Click on this to choose your game path. You can Browse if you have a different location for the game. Just remember to "Apply" what you have changed otherwise it will not save the settings.

You can change your bind keys for X-Fire simply from "X-Fire in game" tab. From here you can change your Video settings to start with a simple one key start/stop.



Sometimes with X-Fire when you get an update remember to let it run. It may take a minute or two to start the update. If you stop the update in midstream it may effect X-Fire to the point of data lose.... So remember to let X-Fire update when it is time for it.

Here are some Firewall settings that are a must to make Enemy Territory work to the fullest!! I use Norton 360 as a virus program/firewall but if you explore your Virus protection program you to can do these settings to make sure Enemy Territory and X-Fire work all the time.
